Building the operating system for real-world robots

Alpha Robotics builds autonomous machines and the deployment stack behind them: mapping, perception, fleet telemetry, service workflows and local support for robots working inside buildings every day.

We are focused on the hard part of robotics after the first demo: making machines useful in live environments where people, furniture, doors, elevators, schedules and exceptions change constantly. Our work combines product engineering, site commissioning and fleet operations so customers can move from a single robot to a reliable network of machines.

//01

Field Commissioning

Move from site survey to mapped pilot with repeatable workflows for floor plans, docks, elevators and operator handoff.

//02

Autonomy Stack

One software foundation for perception, mapping, routing, recovery and fleet telemetry across every Alpha robot line.

//03

Building Integration

Connect robots with docks, elevators, access control, PMS, BMS and dispatch tools already used by operations teams.

//04

Lifecycle Support

Spares, firmware, telemetry, maintenance and field response are designed into the deployment from the first day.

Our Mission

Make autonomy dependable enough to work everywhere

Our mission is to make physical automation as reliable and manageable as modern software. We partner with operators, developers and distributors to deploy robots that understand their environment, recover from uncertainty and create measurable operational value.

//01

General robots for real buildings

We build for the messy middle of physical operations: reflective floors, elevators, low light, children, guests, staff and changing routes.

//02

Autonomy improves on site

Every deployment starts with maps and policies, then gets sharper through route QA, dock validation, exception review and fleet data.

//03

Support is part of the product

A robot is only useful when operators know who owns uptime, consumables, firmware, parts and the next service call.

//04

Economics before spectacle

We measure success in cleaned area, delivered items, assisted interactions, avoided interventions and lower operating load.

4Product Lines

Vacuum, humanoid, companion and service platforms sharing one autonomy, telemetry and support architecture.

99%Operational Uptime

Commercial deployments planned around battery health, dock access, route confidence, spares and live monitoring.

24/7Service Coverage

Fleet telemetry, staged firmware, escalation playbooks and local field response for robots working every day.

Reusable survey, mapping, dock validation and training playbooks shorten the path from pilot unit to operating fleet.

faster commissioning

Deploy a robot fleet with site mapping, route validation, integrations and support planned from the start.

Our Team

People behind the intelligence

We are a team of autonomy engineers, deployment leads, product specialists and field technicians working on the full system: the robot, the map, the dock, the fleet dashboard and the service model behind it.

Alpha Robotics engineers testing a humanoid robot in the lab
Alpha Robotics team validating companion robot interactions
Alpha Robotics technicians commissioning a service robot
Alpha Robotics operations staff validating a vacuum dock

We focus on the handoff between machine autonomy and human operations: perception logs, mission QA, uptime dashboards, maintenance plans and the first support call after launch.

Testimonials

Trusted by the pioneers

From first pilots to multi-site fleets, Alpha is built for teams that want robotics to move from showroom demonstrations into daily operations with accountable performance.

Rating

Mapped the site without drama

★★★★★
Facilities operator

The important part was not the robot moving. It was seeing the site map, dock behavior and route confidence improve every week.

Rating

Built for night operations

★★★★★
Hospitality group

Service runs, delivery confirmations and low-light corridor recovery are now part of the workflow instead of a manual checklist.

Rating

Useful in the classroom

★★★★★
University lab

Students can test perception, motion planning and human interaction on a platform that looks and behaves like a real product.

Rating

Support matters after launch

★★★★★
Distributor partner

Spares, firmware staging and field response make the difference between a showcase unit and a fleet customers can trust.
